When you purchase something from Bodhi Wear, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal details you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you email updates about new products, specials and competitions.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction/verify your credit card/place an order/arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Nedbankl Bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card transactions will be acquired for Bodhi Wear via PayFast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this the highest– level of encryption currently available. No Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Bodhi Wear takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
