RETURN POLICY


Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

If goods are damaged please return within 30 days of receiving. We will either give you your money back, or alternatively you can exchange for a different item. Please allow up to 10 days of transit time back to our office. In order to process your return, your garment must be in its original packaging. 

Please send an email to sales@bodhiwear.co.za to begin your return process. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note: There is an in-depth sizing chart so please make sure to check this before ordering because we do not exchange wrong sizes. Please ensure size/measurements are correct.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.

LOSS RISK

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Bodhi Wear. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when as soon as the item/s are  Bodhi Wear delivers these items to the carrier.
